Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required upon booking to secure your date. This deposit will be deducted from the total amount of your service. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received Payment Terms: Another 25% is required 3 months prior to the service date. The remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the service. Travel Fees: If services are conducted outside of the artist's home studio, a $0.60 per km travel fee will be applied to the total cost. Extended Stay Requests: If the client requests the artist to stay for the event (e.g., for touch-ups or additional services), the client is responsible for providing a meal and will incur an additional fee of $100 per person serviced. Cancellations & Refunds: If the event is canceled within less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, the full service charge will apply. In the unlikely event that the artist is sick or unable to fulfill the service, you will receive a full refund of your deposit and any other payments made.
