Policies

Saving The Date
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required upon booking to secure your date. This deposit will be deducted from the total amount of your service.
*Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
Payment Terms
An additional 25% is required 3 months prior to the service date (bringing your balance to 50% paid). The remaining balance must be paid in full a week prior to the appointment. If payments are not completed on time, a $50 fee per late payment will be added to the total. If there is still an outstanding balance by 3:00 PM the day before the event, the booking will be cancelled with no refund of previous payments.


Cancellations & Refunds
If the event/service is canceled with less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled time, the full service charge will apply.
In the unlikely event that the artist is sick or unable to fulfill the service, you will receive a full refund of your deposit and any other payments made. I will also offer some recommendations for a replacement.
Travel Fees
If services are conducted outside of the artist's home studio, a $0.60 per km traveled fee will be applied to the total cost.


Extended Stay Requests
If the client requests the artist to stay for the event (e.g., for touch-ups or additional services), the client is responsible for providing a meal and will apply an additional fee of $100 per person serviced during the extended stay.
